The Company has an internal Quality Management System which is similar to BS EN ISO 9001:2000. The ensuing years have seen our formal Quality Management System grow in order to address our expanding construction operations and design and build capabilities.
Certification is maintained in order to prove the Company’s capabilities to existing and prospective Employers by means of independent assessment. It is essential that each member of staff complies with the requirements of the system and contributes to implementing improvements.
It is Company policy to ensure that the quality system is maintained in a state of constant and effective use to ensure that the Company is meeting our Employers specified requirements on time and in the most cost effective manner. This continuous and productive use of the quality system provides a record of the Company’s Employers and designers of adherence to the quality system and forms an essential part of the Company’s future development programme.
With this in mind management establish goals and regularly review measurable objectives in order to ensure the continuing improvement, effectiveness and suitability of the system.
