The works for this project comprised of the following: Predominantly of an extension to the existing flour processing plant, the original of which was constructed by Eugene Foley Construction Ltd. in 2005/06. This building was constructed of steel, concrete and metal cladding over a ground floor with a mezzanine level. Minor external drainage connections were required. The internal fit our works included some minor demolition works but mainly construction of new internal partitions, ceilings, floor finishes, M&E etc. Work carried out by Eugene Foley Construction Limited.

The site consists of an existing occupied fire station. The project consisted of the following: The demolition of existing blockwork, and construction of new extension to rear of existing fire station, to include all site works. The existing Fire Station was occupied by staff that were retained and will be attending emergency calls as alerted. Re-position existing gate and bollard to the rear of the extension making good all hard standings as work proceeded. All existing services were maintained throughout the construction project.
Insulated, reinforced concrete floor being layed in an industrial build. The Maintenance Building is located within the main grounds of St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny. The works for this project will comprise of the following: Predominantly of internal fit out works within the existing Maintenance Building. This building has been constructed previously and is constructed of steel, concrete and metal cladding over two floors. Minor external drainage connections will be required. The internal fit our works will include some minor demolition works but mainly construction of new internal partitions, ceilings, floor finishes, etc. Work carried out by Eugene Foley Construction Limited.
